In 1997, they planted their roots in Frankland River, one of the state's most compelling cool-climate wine regions, and set about crafting wines that speak honestly about where they come from. Today, Lange Estate stands as one of Western Australia's most respected family-owned wineries, its bottles carrying the weight of tradition and the clarity of place.

On a Sunday afternoon in late July, Jason's Restaurant in Beaconsfield Upper invites you to slow down and savour the fruits of that labour. This is not simply a dinner,  it is a guided journey through the character of Frankland River, course by course, glass by glass.

A specially curated five-course menu, each dish expertly paired with one of six exquisite Lange Estate wines, will unfold over the afternoon. The kitchen has worked closely with the wines themselves — letting their cool-climate elegance, their restraint and precision, guide every plate.
