Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence:

Lange Estate despatches wines from the property in Frankland River within 3-5 working days of receipt of order. Should any wine be faulty or damaged in transit, please contact the cellar door as soon as practicable. Currency of transaction is Australian Dollars only.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Delivery within Australia are a fixed rate, refer to costs on check out for all Lange Estate wine orders (minimum 6 bottles). Delivery is via Australia Post.
The delivery time ranges from 4 to 10 days depending on your location.

We currently only deliver wine orders within Australia.

No minimum purchase is required other than you can only purchase wine by the case not single bottles.
Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states except. If Lange Estate is unable to ship directly to your state, we can arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Lange Estate.
Australia Post is Lange Estate carrier of choice. Ground shipping is provided by Australia Post at current market rates. *Note – If the customer selects Australia Post as his or her carrier, the customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or her cellar club membership or purchase amount.
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Lange Estate is not responsible for and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
